Quick Switch

This amazing feature can let a file dialog switch to the folder you’re viewing in your favorite file manager instantly or vice versa. Your currently opened folders in all applications are also listed for quick access.

 

Let a file dialog jump to the folder you’re viewing in any file manager instantly

After opening a file dialog, you can press Ctrl + G to let it jump to the folder you’re viewing in your file manager instantly.

Example:

1. You’re viewing a folder in your file manager.

2. Then you need to open/save a file.

3. Simply press Ctrl + G (or click Switch to Last Opened Folder in File Manager in Smart menu), Listary will let the file dialog jump to the folder you’re viewing in the file manager.

After opening a file dialog, if you switch to a file manager and then switch back, Listary will let the file dialog open the folder you’re viewing in the file manager automatically.

Example:

1. You need to open/save a file.

2. Then you open your file manager or switch to an existing file manager window (to organize your files a little maybe).

3. Simply switch back to the file dialog, Listary will let it jump to the folder you’re viewing in the file manager.

Press Ctrl + O in a file open/save dialog to let it open the file you’ve selected in your file manager directly.

Example:

1. You have selected a file “Desert.jpg” in the folder “E:\Data\My Photos” in Windows Explorer.

2. Then in Photoshop you would like to open a file.

3. Simply press the hot key Ctrl + O (or click Open the File Selected in File Manager in Listary Smart menu) to open the file “E:\Data\My Photos\Desert.jpg” immediately.
